”Kiwicoach Weekly Blog #1”

Hello,

Welcome to the Kiwicoach Weekly Blog Series. This series is more so of a Newsletter of sorts as well as really just a way for me to discuss what’s going on with Kiwi Golf Academy. I will be creating one every week, however currently I’m not sure if I will have it translated every week. If all else fails, we do have a “Google Translate” tool on our sidebar with these blogs so please use it!

Below, I will detail some of the main talking points for this particular article.

  1. Kiwi Golf Academy Updates

2. Coronavirus Situation

3. Upcoming Collaborations

Kiwi Golf Academy Updates

So, the first update we have with Kiwi Golf Academy is that we are currently looking to start crowdfunding. We have many plans and projects that we want to accomplish over the next five years. As well, since all of you have been Kiwi Golf Academies biggest fans we wanted to invite you to become a part of the team.

That being said, you will see that in the month of June and July we will start marketing about this crowdfunding idea. You will get much more information on Kiwigolfjapan social media channels. If you are interested in investing in Kiwi Golf Academy, please contact us at kiwigolfacademyltd@gmail.com

The second Kiwi Golf Academy Update is the arrival of Round Lessons. If you haven’t heard, we now offer Round Lessons every Tuesday except for if we’re in Osaka. These round lessons will currently only be hosted at Tsukuba Tokyu Golf Club. However, we have already confirmed with courses in Tokyo and surrounding cities. So, sometime in June or August we will open up other locations for round lessons.

Regarding Osaka, we are currently planning on doing Round Lessons at Grandage Golf Club. However, there are still a few details that need to be solved before we start Osaka Round Lessons. We will keep you updated on the timeline in future Kiwicoach Weekly Blogs.

The last Kiwi Golf Academy update is our team. We are currently bringing on new team members to help facilitate a better experience for all of our clients. We had actually started hiring in March, however due to the Coronavirus we decided to postpone all hires until after this situation settled down.

So, currently we are training the new team members. As well, we look to add more team members in the near future once we have more funding.

Coronavirus Situation

We take the coronavirus situation very seriously due to it’s highly infectious behavior. That being said, we have taken precautions for June lessons. All Kiwi Golf Academy staff will be wearing masks, as well as washing their hands before and after each lesson.

Both Yokohama, and Osaka facilities will have sanitizer for all clients. As well, will be doing their best to keep the lesson environment as safe as possible. We are also continuously watching the news and staying updated on the situation. If the state of emergency is declared once again we will postpone lessons until we feel the situation is safe to proceed.

Upcoming Collaborations

We currently don’t have any plans to collaborate with other YouTube channels in Japan. However, we do have some collaborations in the works with American and European Golf Instructors.

As well, we will be collaborating with our Professional Golfers that take lessons from Kiwi Golf Academy. We have plenty of ideas and plans for the next six months. Look forward to some amazing content coming your way soon!
